Shipping policy

The team at Botanicx regularly ensures that orders placed by User are shipped and reach as soon as possible. Botanicx uses services of different Couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent with details of the order and User’s data. Generally, products are dispatched within 24 working hours after the order is placed. Delivery service offered is within Pakistan only.

Botanicx offers flat shipping charges of PKR 200, no matter how big or small your package is.

Our standard shipping time for CASH ON DELIVERY is 2-4 business days. 

Next Day deliveries are also possible with extra* shipping charges (see below).
